Equipment

  • High-powered Blender I use a Vitamix

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tropical Fruit Medley (pineapple, mango, strawberry, banana), frozen
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • stevia, to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Add oat milk, tropical frozen fruit, handful of spinach to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Makes one smoothie.
  • Double the recipe if making for two. 
  • If you add more strawberries it will still be green (and delicious), but more brownish-rouge in color. But you know what they say, the darker the berry the sweeter the juice. In this case, the sweeter the smoothie!
