This Fakin' Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich is such a delicious meatless, non-dairy version of the classic breakfast sandwich.

- 4 Strips of Fakin' Bacon Vegan Bacon - Smoky Tempeh
- 1 JUST Egg Folded
- 1 to 2 slices of cheese or vegan cheese
- 1 biscuit Vegan: Frozen, Fresh, or Ready-to-Bake, prepared (ready to eat)
Assemble Biscuit Sandwich to your liking.
Place plant egg Fold on top of bottom half biscuit.
Top with slices of Fakin' Bacon.
Next, add cheese, and top with the other half of biscuit.
Serve and enjoy!
- I like Smoky Tempeh vegan bacon slices by Lightlife. I like to get them good and crispy!
- I air fried my vegan bacon strips for approximately 5 minutes. Can also be prepared in a skillet.
- JUST Egg Folded can be prepared in the toaster!
I like to use vegan mayo or honey on both slices of the biscuit, and drizzle honey on top! Mmmm!
- I absolutely love Violife as well as Chao vegan cheese. I used Violife for this recipe.
That's it! I'll try anything once---even a carrot hot dog...maybe! *insider* Although I still love regular eggs, this is a nice plant-based alternative.
