Cucumber Sunset Margarita
This refreshing Cucumber Sunset Margarita is made with tequila, fresh cucumbers, cilantro, and lime with a hint of mango puree. The perfect way to celebrate summer!

Ingredients

ounces
Hornitos Plata Tequila
1.5 ounces to 2 ounces per serving can be used.

ounces
Triple Sec
2
tablespoons
mango puree
2
ounces
simple syrup
½
cucumber
quartered
1
small
bunch of fresh cilantro
chopped
2
ounces
fresh squeezed lime juice
or to taste
Ice
Instructions
In a large shaker, add all of your fresh ingredients, tequila, triple sec, and mango puree.
Next add crushed or cubed ice and muddle to bring out the freshness of the cilantro and cucumber.
Place the top on the shaker and shake, shake, shake until the shaker begins to frost over.
Rim your favorite margarita glass with plain sugar (or if you're in a festive mood, use yellow or green colorful sugar).
Next, add ice to your glass and pour mixture over ice and garnish with fresh cucumber slices.
Serve and enjoy!
