Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce

smoked gouda cheese

celery sticks or tortilla chips
for dipping
Instructions
Add two cups of cooked shredded chicken to slow-cooker.
In a large mixing bowl: mix cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo wing sauce, and shredded smoked gouda together over medium heat stirring until smooth.
Next, pour buffalo sauce mixture over chicken, mixing well.
Stir to make sure all of the buffalo chicken is covered with mixture.
Leave slow-cooker on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
To do this stove-tip, simmer on low-heat
approximately
15 minutes. Serve warm.
Feel free to swap out the regular sour cream and cream cheese for a lighter version. Just as good.
