Cucumber Sunset Margarita

This refreshing Cucumber Sunset Margarita is made with tequila, fresh cucumbers, cilantro, and lime with a hint of mango puree. The perfect way to celebrate summer!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces Hornitos Plata Tequila 1.5 ounces to 2 ounces per serving can be used.
  • 2 ounces Triple Sec
  • 2 tablespoons mango puree
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • ½ cucumber quartered
  • 1 small bunch of fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 ounces fresh squeezed lime juice or to taste
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • In a large shaker, add all of your fresh ingredients, tequila, triple sec, and mango puree.
  • Next add crushed or cubed ice and muddle to bring out the freshness of the cilantro and cucumber.
  • Place the top on the shaker and shake, shake, shake until the shaker begins to frost over.
  • Rim your favorite margarita glass with plain sugar (or if you're in a festive mood, use yellow or green colorful sugar).
  • Next, add ice to your glass and pour mixture over ice and garnish with fresh cucumber slices.
  • Serve and enjoy!
