This Lemon Pepper Roasted Cauliflower tastes like sunshine! Crispy cauliflower with lemon and garlic with bursts of fun flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces bag of cauliflower florets if using fresh, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves diced garlic, fine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill optional
  • parsley garnish
  • 1 lemon squeeze over cauliflower or use for garnish
  • ranch for dipping optional, add fresh dill for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil, evenly.
  • Add 3 cloves of diced, fresh garlic.
  • Next sprinkle lemon-pepper, paprika, onion powder seasonings and mix to coat well.
  • Roast cauliflower in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or to your desired crispiness.
  • Sprinkle cauliflower with parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!
