Buffalo Chicken Smoked Gouda Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 6 to 8 oz smoked gouda cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese optional — for garnish
  • celery sticks or tortilla chips for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Add two cups of cooked shredded chicken to slow-cooker.
  • In a large mixing bowl: mix cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo wing sauce, and shredded smoked gouda together over medium heat stirring until smooth.
  • Next, pour buffalo sauce mixture over chicken, mixing well.
  • Stir to make sure all of the buffalo chicken is covered with mixture.
  • Leave slow-cooker on low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • To do this stove-tip, simmer on low-heat approximately 15 minutes. Serve warm.
  • Feel free to swap out the regular sour cream and cream cheese for a lighter version. Just as good.
