1cupTropical Fruit Medley (pineapple, mango, strawberry, banana), frozen
1handful spinach
1tablespoonflaxseed
1cupoat milk
stevia, to tasteoptional
Instructions
Add oat milk, tropical frozen fruit, handful of spinach to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Makes one smoothie.
Double the recipe if making for two.
If you add more strawberries it will still be green (and delicious), but more brownish-rouge in color. But you know what they say, the darker the berry the sweeter the juice. In this case, the sweeter the smoothie!
