- Pilleteri's Bold & Spicy seasoning for rub
- Wynn's Grain & Spice BBQ Blend seasoning for rub
- Bed of mixed greens, optional
Blue Cheese Infused Hickory Infused BBQ Sauce
- 4 ounces Michelob Ultra Amber or any Amber Lager optional
- 6 ounces blue cheese crumbles save 2 oz for toppings/garnish
- 16 ounces Hickory BBQ sauce
Ribs Preparation
Coat ribs well by massaging the spices into the ribs, front and back.
Wrap meat after prepped with rub and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Not a day sooner.
Ready to Grill
Preheat charcoal or gas grill.

Slow smoke meat over indirect heat for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and the internal temperature of the ribs reads 180˚ to 190˚.
BLUE CHEESE INFUSED HICKORY BBQ SAUCE
- Allow ribs to marinate in spices for at least 24 hours.
- Cover the ribs with plastic wrap and foil tightly and let marinate in the dry rub and spices overnight or for at least 8 hours.
- Sauce can be used with any meat of your choice.
