Brown plant-based beef (crumbles) in skillet. Set aside.
In a wok or a large sauté pan, sauté slaw mix, garlic, broccoli, green onions, onions, carrots, fresh ginger, garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder for about 6 to 8 minutes over medium heat or until cabbage mixture is softened but still slightly crisp.
Add liquid aminos, sesame oil, cooked plant-based crumbles, sesame seeds, sriracha, vinegar, add honey (or sweetener of choice) and and mix well.
Heat through for an additional minute or two and then serve.
Garnish with green onions, sriracha, and sesame seeds.
