Garlic Butter Mushrooms with Soy Glaze

Garlic Butter Mushrooms are so delicious and made with fresh garlic and parsley in a savory soy glaze. Your new favorite side dish will be ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 7 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • onion powder, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounce package sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ⅛ to ¼ cup roughly chopped parsley, save some parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Next, add chopped garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes. Do not burn garlic.
  • Add onion powder, ground black pepper, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms have softened just a bit (or your desired texture). This will take about 5 minutes.
  • Next, pour soy sauce over mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Before removing the mushrooms from heat, add chopped parsley and stir it in to combine with the mushrooms.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

To make this recipe Gluten-Free (GF), swap out the soy sauce for Liquid Aminos.
