Garlic Butter Mushrooms are so delicious and made with fresh garlic and parsley in a savory soy glaze. Your new favorite side dish will be ready in under 15 minutes!
⅛ to ¼cuproughly chopped parsley, save some parsley for garnish
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Next, add chopped garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes. Do not burn garlic.
Add onion powder, ground black pepper, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms have softened just a bit (or your desired texture). This will take about 5 minutes.
Next, pour soy sauce over mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Before removing the mushrooms from heat, add chopped parsley and stir it in to combine with the mushrooms.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
