These Avocado Queso Taco Sliders are incredibly delicious and made with fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeños, and queso cheese!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 White Castle Classic Cheese Sliders
  • 2 to 3 Avocados or 1 cup of guacamole
  • 1/2 cup Queso Melting Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Queso Quesadilla Shredded Cheese
  • 2 fresh sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo, fresh or storebought
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350° degrees, then spray dish with cooking spray or grease the bottom with butter or oil.
  • Place sliders in baking dish with top bun removed.
  • Add sliced jalapeños, pico de gallo, shredded queso quesadilla cheese, a dollop of avocado to each slider, melted queso, then add the top buns.
  • Bake sliders in the oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Once sliders are finished cooking, drizzle each slider with melted queso cheese and top with fresh pico de gallo.
  • Optional: Add fresh cilantro for garnish.
  • Serve and enjoy!
