Avocado Queso Taco Sliders
These Avocado Queso Taco Sliders are incredibly delicious and made with fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeños, and queso cheese!

- 12 White Castle Classic Cheese Sliders
- 2 to 3 Avocados or 1 cup of guacamole
- 1/2 cup Queso Melting Cheese
- 1/2 cup Queso Quesadilla Shredded Cheese
- 2 fresh sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo, fresh or storebought
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat oven at 350° degrees, then spray dish with cooking spray or grease the bottom with butter or oil.
Place sliders in baking dish with top bun removed.
Add sliced jalapeños, pico de gallo, shredded queso quesadilla cheese, a dollop of avocado to each slider, melted queso, then add the top buns.
Bake sliders in the oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Once sliders are finished cooking, drizzle each slider with melted queso cheese and top with fresh pico de gallo.
Optional: Add fresh cilantro for garnish.
