1generous handful of spinach, roughly chopped
1/3cupchopped green onions(reserve some for garnish)
18piecesmini toast or bagel chips
Cooking spray or olive oil to prevent from sticking.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Place imitation crab in food processor and pulse for 2-5 seconds.
Add imitation crab, spinach, garlic and herb gournay cheese, and green onions to a mixing bowl and fold until blended.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake on 350 ℉ degrees for 10-15 minutes or until warm.
Scoop about one tablespoon of crab mixture onto toast and garnish with green onions. You can also use a cookie scoop 1½ inch works perfect!
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use melba mini toasts, pita chips, buttery-style crackers, or even bruschetta-style mini toasts. This is one of my favorite brands of gournay cheese here!
