Wrap each okra pod with a slice of bacon and season with Cajun spices and cracked black peppercorns.
Apply grilling spray to okra and place okra over wood or charcoal fire until the bacon is firm and cooked thoroughly.

Lemon Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce
Add mayonnaise, roughly chopped garlic cloves, lemon juice, onion powder, and fresh parsley to a mixing bowl and whisk. Adjust seasoning to your taste buds. Cover mixing bowl and place in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Notes
You can split the okra vertically and wrap with bacon, but it's purely aesthetics.
