BERRY COCONUT GRANOLA YOGURT SHOOTERS

Berry Coconut Granola Yogurt Shooters are made with fresh berries and creamy yogurt. The perfect-sized treat that can be enjoyed as breakfast, a snack, or dessert!

Equipment

  • Mini Mason Jars or Dessert Shooters

Ingredients
  

  • 4 - 6 Mini Mason Jars approximately 5 oz
  • Blackberries 1/2 cup
  • Strawberries 1/2 cup sliced
  • Oikos® Toasted Coconut Traditional Greek Yogurt 4 to 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup of granola of choice

Instructions
 

  • Layer mini jars with berries of choice.
  • Next add a layer of granola.
  • After adding a layer of granola, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
  • Repeat steps (depending on the size of your jar). Feel free to layer to your liking.
  • Top with berries or granola and add a strawberry for garnish!
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

The longer you allow the granola to sit in the yogurt, the more the granola will soften. 
If you are not planning to serve right away, keep chilled by filling shooters with yogurt and place in the refrigerator covered. Add fruit and granola when you are ready to serve.
