Smoked Turkey Tacos with Cranberry Salsa

Take your leftover turkey to the next level! Corn tortillas fried until crispy and golden with fresh cranberry salsa and warm cream cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 to 8 tacos extra thin, yellow corn tortillas fried until golden ready to serve
  • 1 ½ cup pulled/shredded smoked turkey
  • 1 cup Cranberry Salsa
  • ½ cup warmed cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Stuff tacos with pulled/shredded smoked turkey
  • Add approximately 1 tablespoon of warm cream cheese to each fried taco. Adjust to your tastebuds.
  • Top with fresh cranberry salsa.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe was made with leftovers in mind! Prep/cook time is adjusted for already prepped and cooked Cranberry Salsa and smoked turkey.
Feel free to use your favorite turkey portion! We smoked turkey legs and used those, and they turned out great!
