Cranberry Ginger Sunset Fizz

This Cranberry Ginger Sunset is made with fresh cranberries and has naturally sourced flavors of ginger and lime. This refreshingly delicious drink can also be made as a cocktail or a mocktail!

Ingredients
  

Cranberry Puree

  • 24 ounces water
  • 1/3 bag fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute

Ingredients with Alcohol

  • 10 ounces Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice Ginger Lime
  • 4 ounces gin, divided
  • sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Ingredients for Mocktail (for one drink)

  • 4 ounces Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice
  • 4 ounces Ginger Beer
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice

Instructions
 

For Cranberry Puree

  • Bring water to boil in a saucepan.
  • Add ¼ bag of fresh cranberries. Allow the cranberries to slightly crack open.
  • Once the cranberries have cracked open, add 2-tbsps of sugar (or sugar substitute).
  • Allow to reduce for about 10-15 minute over medium heat.
  • Set aside to cool.

Assembling Drink

  • Add warm cranberry "puree" to glass and top with crushed or cubed ice.
  • Pour 2 ounces of gin into glass, then add Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice over ice.
    For Mocktail: Pour 2 ounces of Alchohol-free gin or beer into glass, then add Ginger Lime Sparkling Ice over the ice.
  • Spoon in another serving of cranberry puree if you like.
  • Garnish with fresh, sliced cranberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Another Mocktail option:
Use 4 ounces of Spiritless Gin (Alcohol-FREE) instead of Ginger Beer if you would like.
