Spicy Cheddar Sausage Balls - Made from Plants

These Spicy Cheddar Sausage Balls are outrageously delicious and made from plants! Crescent roll pieces combined with plant-based spicy sausage, and cheddar that will have everyone coming back for seconds! They are perfect for any occasion, especially for the holidays, breakfast or brunch!

1 can Original crescent rolls 12 oz pack of Impossible ground meat (make your on seasoning) or Impossible Ground Sausage (already seasoned) 1 cup vegan cheddar shreds 3 cloves garlic diced fine, grated, or minced 1/4 onion, chopped fine optional 1 tablespoon parsley 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 to 2 tablespoons "Spicy Seasoning" mixture
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line baking pan (approximately 15x10x1) with foil; spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix spicy plant-based meat, onion, vegan cheddar cheese, spicy sausage seasoning, and parsley
Unroll crescent dough on surface, dust each side with 1 tablespoon of flour.
Using pizza cutter or knife, cut dough into about 1/4 inch pieces.
Add in crescent dough pieces into bowl with sausage mixture, slowly until well blended.
Shape mixture into 1 and 3/4 inch balls, approximately 20-24
Place on baking pan and cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
