Garlic and Goat Cheese Yogurt Bites are made with creamy yogurt, goat cheese, and a parmesan blend topped with Kalamata olives for flavor with each bite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped divided
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic diced or chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cracked, black peppercorns
  • 16 saltine crackers
  • 2-4 ounces fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 16 kalamata olives, pitted garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add plain Greek yogurt, goat cheese crumbles, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, parsley and mix well.
  • Chill for 1-3 hours.
  • When ready to serve, scoop 1 Tbsp of yogurt mixture on top of one saltine cracker.
  • Add one olive to each saltine cracker and garnish with as much parmesan cheese and parsley your taste buds would like (you know everyone loves parsley).
  • Serve and enjoy!
