I’m bacccccckkkk! I’ve been away for a minute due to work. We had a big conference in The Big Easy…WHO DAT! NOLA is one of my absolute favorite places to visit and it was a blast! Glad to be home and I couldn’t wait to relax and prepare for the big game.
I had every intention to post on — SUPER BOWL SUNDAY — but as you can see, I’m a day late. I’m also a little sad that football season is officially over! However, I am excited because my sweet nephew, Preston, was welcomed into the world the day before the Super Bowl! I was telling my sister before his arrival, he was going to be a Super Bowl baby. Well to me he is at 8 lbs 15 oz, and 21 inches long. A true football star in the making!
Anyhoo…I prepared some pretty yummy game food yesterday. I decided to try a few of Weight Watchers tasty recipes and whip up one of my own. All low-calorie, nothing fried! Onion rings, pepperoni pizza/loaded potato skins, and veggie nachos! You can totally enjoy the things you love and make it healthy! Here are a few of my faves:
Crispy Onions Rings — Recipe found here:
Pepperoni Pizza Potato Skins found here and the Loaded Potato Skins (similar version to mine) found here:
And my newest fave…Vegetarian Nachos. Boca Products are Weight Watchers PointsPlus supported. You can find them in your local grocery store and view their products here:
I love Boca and Morning Star products. They are high in protein, vegetarian friendly, and you’d be surprised what tasty recipes you can whip up that are “MEATLESS”. Super delicious!
Enjoy! :)
