We’ve been doing a lot of cooking at home lately. In the past due to busy schedules, I wasn’t able to cook homemade meals as much as I do today. Now, I also love healthy foods and meals that I can prepare quickly and still feel satisfied. I’ve been on a “greens” kick lately. Whether it be green smoothies, pan-roasted veggies, or salads, you name it!
The Versatility of Kale
I love big salads. I add all of my favorite fixings and enjoy it for any meal time, including breakfast. Yes, salad for breakfast! I also fell in love with sautéed kale a few years ago. I hadn’t made kale in a while, so I wanted to create new options for the upcoming, celebratory season at home.

Spicy Sauteed Kale Meets Safflower & Avocado Oil
I love the Press’d Safflower & Avocado Oil (Sauté Away!). It’s pressed from the source and it has a delicious butter flavor! Mmmm! I also love that it’s not chemically extracted. With its neutral taste, it won’t alter the taste of your dish either. This is why I particularly loved using it with my Spicy Sautéed Kale. Add your favorite spices and seasonings, and you have yourself a winning side!
This Spicy Sautéed Kale will be the perfect compliment to any meal time. Sometimes I enjoy it all by itself! Yes, a big bowl of sautéed greens, just like I enjoy my salads. It’s so delicious! Let’s get to the recipe.
