Okay, you know how runners love to celebrate after a race. After indulging in a few of my favorite beverages of choice, I wanted to make sure that I remained hydrated. I opted for Recovery after my past race and it gave me the hydration that I needed. The mango flavor is delicious, too!
Also, being that it’s the holiday season there will be even more celebrations and parties. SOS Hydrate is: 1) perfect for on-the-go and 2) makes the best post-recovery drink after a party or after a race. All you have to do is add water. This is especially convenient for races being that courses will have water stops.

1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
2 Tbsps of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
