This has to be one of my favorite smoothie combos! It’s absolutely delish! Great way to get in your fruits, veggies, super foods, and power foods.
Strawberry Peach Smoothie—Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen peaches
- 2-3 handfuls of spinach
- 1/8 cup of goji berries
- 2 tbsps of ground flax seed
- 3/4 cup of almond milk (or coconut, low-fat organic, soy, etc.)
- 1/4 cup of juice. If you use a Nutribullet, fill to max line. (I use fresh juice, Diet V8 Splash – Berry or Tropical Blend, or 100% juice)
Directions:
Combine it all and blend away! (*If your smoothie is too thick, add water)
**Add two heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt if you would like. There’s nothing wrong with more protein! =)
