So much has happened over the past month or so, but just know I’ve still been in the kitchen creating. I celebrated my birthday (and I’m still celebrating). I also started a few DIY projects and got veggies and flowers planted in the ground. *sings* I’ve got that spring/summer feeling, babyyyy! Even more so, I’m excited to share this fun, super delicious recipe!
Confession time!
As a kid, I would not eat cauliflower. I did not like the look, smell, or taste of it. But guess what? As an adult, I have found ways to enjoy it! I tried out a Cauliflower Pizza years ago and loved it! I also made this Cauliflower Shrimp Fried Rice. So good. Then, I fell in love with roasting vegetables. That’s when I decided to try roasting cauliflower to see how I would like it. If you haven’t tried roasted cauliflower, what are you waiting for?
Wings & Things
I had a taste for lemon-pepper wings one day and I didn’t feel like thawing them out. That’s when I decided to make Lemon-Pepper Cauliflower. It turned out absolutely AH-MAZING! It was also a great way to get in my veggies while enjoying one of my absolute favorite wing flavors. There are several ways to enjoy roasted cauliflower, but I kept it simple. You can easily customize roasted cauliflower to your liking with your favorite seasonings.

Honestly, truly…it’s totally up to you. I’m all for convenience so I get the prewashed/prebagged cauliflower florets from my local grocery store. Feel free to wash before seasoning.
Can roasted cauliflower be prepared in the air fryer?
Of course! You all won’t believe this, but my air fryer died on me. *facepalm* All I know is that one day my air-fryer started making a LOUD humming sound, and then it just stopped working altogether. I’m grateful for the time I had with my air fryer AKA The Tank. She was an OG air fryer that lasted almost seven years. Within the week I placed my order for my new air fryer. Lemon Pepper Roasted Cauliflower in the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 C). You can do this while you prep and season your cauliflower. Follow the directions for the recipe and place it in the air fryer for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Keep in mind, that air fryers will vary. If you want them crispier, bump the degrees up a notch. Okayyy?!

Lemon Pepper Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 12 ounces bag of cauliflower florets if using fresh, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves diced garlic, fine
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill optional
- parsley garnish
- 1 lemon squeeze over cauliflower or use for garnish
- ranch for dipping optional, add fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil, evenly.
- Add 3 cloves of diced, fresh garlic.
- Next sprinkle lemon-pepper, paprika, onion powder seasonings and mix to coat well.
- Roast cauliflower in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or to your desired crispiness.
- Sprinkle cauliflower with parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!

I was looking for a recipe for cauliflower wings when I came across this lemon pepper roasted cauliflower recipe. I’m glad I did! I like this better than wing style. And it’s super simple. I ate the entire thing by myself! And I’m all but 4’10” & 80lbs in size. It’s yummy!
