I find these tips extremely helpful and they will be beneficial to runners of all levels. I’ve run continuously and I’ve found that the benefits of run-walk-run are significantly greater. I just completed my seventh half marathon (recap here) using run-walk-run and I PR’d by 7 minutes, 12 seconds! I can’t wait to share more of Jeff’s wisdom with you in the future!

I used Jeff Galloway’s method when I ran the Princess last week! I would NOT have survived otherwise! And why am I just finding out about this Run Walk Run vibrating timer!!!??!! I need this in my life!!

I agree, LaShawn! Changed my whole (running) life! The timer is awesome. I love using it on the treadmill too. Sad thing is…I lost mine at the start of the WDW Marathon (haha!) so I need to get a new one. :)

It’s really a great method to use even for seasoned runners. I have friends who qualified for Boston using Run Walk Run. It’s worth a try!

Congratulations on becoming part of the Jeff Galloway blogger program! I have been running for about 8 years, but only within the last month have I started to experiment with the Galloway run-walk-run method. I have already started to push myself to farther distances (gradually, of course!) and I’m looking forward to see how far I can go using this method. As someone who has been plagued by various minor injuries throughout my time as a runner… I’m intrigued by all the incredibly positive testimonials.
