So I made a new version of one of my favorite smoothies found here this morning! Yes, it’s the Remixxxx! If you are a chocolate lover and like a sweeter taste you will like this one!
Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of a sweet potato, cooked and cooled
- 1 small banana (I use frozen bananas)
- 1 medium apple (green or red)
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein – optional
- 2 tbsps of Flax Seed (Milled or Powder) – optional
- Add 2 handfuls of baby spinach if you want more veggies – optional
- 1 leveled tbsp of chocolate Fat Free/Sugar Free pudding mix
- 1 tbsp of Natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of ice for chill
*** Where you see optional, you don’t have to use those ingredients.
Directions:
Place ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth (approximately 30 seconds). Serve and Enjoy!
