I’m Ready To Sweat With My Sole!

Time is winding down! Black Girls RUN! Sweat With Your Sole 2013 Conference and Race weekend in Charlotte, NC is less than 8 days away! Are you registered? I will be in the number running 6.2 miles along with my BGR sisters and many others. Online registration for the conference/race and virtual run has ENDED, but here’s some helpful info for those who will be traveling to the Queen City:

Did you miss the onsite registration deadline for the Sweat With Your Sole Conference and Race? No worries!We will be having onsite registration for both the conference (limited) and race at the Black Girls RUN! Expo on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday! Be sure to check us!

If you are local to Charlotte, or arriving in town early, we strongly advise to pick up your packet on Thursday! The BGR! store will be open at the below times as well.

Thursday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 7:30am – 5:30pm (conference registration will end at 11 a.m.)
