The 52 Lists for Happiness journal has been a fun way to do all of the above! This weekly journal will “spark joy” and start a ripple effect while guiding you to positive thinking. By writing things down, we can shift low vibrational energy into positive energy…opening up an abundance of blessings in ALL areas of our lives! It’s also fun to go back and look at all of the things that made you happy throughout the week. You’ll be amazed how you can become filled with gratefulness by the simplest things.
