It has been a great week. I started back BodyPump for the first time in almost TWO years! If only you could have seen the excitement on my face the moment our tribe leader demonstrated our warm-up exercise. I was all emotional. I felt like I was in a live Les Mills class! This week has been full of awesomeness and here are few things I have been crushin’ lately. Take a peek…
Women’s Running April Cover
I really appreciate Women’s Running Magazine for celebrating ALL body types! Being healthy, fit, and a runner is not determined by a certain size. It took me a while to really grasp that. I want to always strive to live a healthy lifestyle—and being a curvy girl, I have to remember that I am who I am. Even at my teeny-tiniest smallest size, I am STILL a woman with curves. And if self-love makes you run faster, I need to love myself a little bit more! Check out this article about Plus-Size Model, Nadia Aboulhosn who made her first cover after working non-stop for five years! Way to go, Nadia! Make sure you go grab your copy!
Gimme All the Washi
No, seriously. I think I’m obsessed. I blame my friend Caroline because she washis everything, and it’s always so adorable! Now I washi everything. I never knew about the world of stickers and washi and scrapbooking my planner until recently. After my new Erin Condren Life Planner arrived, I went to Michael’s to pick out new stickers and ended up getting a few assortment rolls of washi tape on sale. LOVE! It’s so much fun and a great way to plan my week while relaxing. It’s THERAPY as you prepare for a new week! Don’t forget: use my referral link to get $10 off your first EC purchase: https://www.erincondren.com/referral/invite/artneywalker0408. Very important! Riced Cauliflower
I know you think I can’t stop talking about it. I can’t. All I can say is THANK YOU GOD for this creation that is Riced Cauliflower! I ate it at least five times this week. Seriously, any way I can still enjoy my favorites without the guilt, I’m all IN! I’m still amazed at how delicious it is. *praise dance right here* for healthy swaps! You can get the recipe to my Shrimp “Fried” (Cauliflower) Rice here!

Tea Infused Water + Infusion Water Bottle with Drink Tracker
Getting my daily recommended water in is probably one of my biggest challenges. I can willingly run a marathon and still struggle to get my water in. BUT—I’m determined! This past week, I have been trying out tea-infused water. Have you tried it? Someone asked “What’s the difference between regular tea and tea-infused water?” All I could is my tea doesn’t taste (healthy) like this. (LOL!) I love this Infusion Water Bottle with Drink Tracker from Femme Fitale Fit Club, because it gives me a time-frame so I won’t be a slacker! You can purchase yours here.
Living Beyond the Scale Fitness & Accountability Group
I finally started my fitness and accountability group! It is a space where we can motivate and inspire each other on our healthy lifestyle journey! You can read more about it here. JOIN US on Facebook!
Do you have any fun plans for the weekend?
I’d love to hear your favorites and what you’ve been crushing on lately!

I love that magazine cover. We need more of this, showing women and men of all shapes and sizes on magazine covers.
Artney says
I agree. I’m inspired by all shapes and sizes. I think when people see people who look like them, it inspires them!

Love this roundup! As a huge fan of BodyPump, I got super excited to see that you can do it at home.
Also can’t wait to try the cauliflower fried rice. As for healthy swaps, I’m really into these “donut holes” from the barre3 blog. Incredibly naturally tasty and MUCH more satisfying than a “real” donut hole…
