The soreness from my marathon this past Saturday has subsided. I think my awesome 30 minute Zumba sesh last night helped out with that! I planned on being there for the entire 90 minutes, but I had last minute things to take care of. One thing is for sure…I sure have missed my Zumba Mamis! I can’t wait to start back in January.
Today I was able to start my vacation early and I managed to dodge all of the holiday madness. I was able to pick up everything I needed for our Thanksgiving feast. Between Zumba and all of the running around getting last minute items, I walked the length of the Sahara Desert with my Fitbit! I am planning on getting in a post-Thanksgiving workout on Friday. Maybe Insanity? Now I may love fitness and encourage a healthy lifestyle, but I’m not the food police. Moderation is everything! I like to sample small bites of my favorites so I won’t overdo it. I want you to enjoy your Thanksgiving Day and all of the wonderful eats that come along with it! I can’t wait to taste my macaroni and cheese and my Mom’s dressing! Let’s just say I’ll be carb loading for my long run Saturday. No? Well at least I can pretend! Seriously, enjoy yourself!
