During a little down time we decided to check out Downtown Disney. Tons of spots including boutiques, entertainment, toy stores, and of course something for the foodie in me–yep, I got excited!
Baby Cakes NYC! I had the French Toast cupcake…sorry there was nothing left to capture. Just that delicious!
How cool is this LEGO Dragon? We had to go check out the Lego Imagination store!
Maybe we were having too much fun! And yes, I’m the cook with the chicken leg and what looks to be a dough roller in hand.
Christmas in February! It’s always Merry at Disney!
After the Expo we were headed to the Pasta in the Park Party! I had a hard time deciding whether to go on Friday or Saturday night, but I’m glad I opted for Friday. I wanted to enjoy the party and the food without worrying about being up too late or feeling too full before the race. Lord knows I didn’t need any moments before the race or on the course.
Pasta in the Park Party!
The Pasta in the Park Party included entry into Epcot, a runner friendly buffet pasta dinner, Meet & Greet with Disney characters, Live DJ, and reserved viewing for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. I was pretty excited!
Sit down dinner with beautiful lights and a DJ! Turn the music up!
My Prince and I getting ready for dinner!
After dinner we went to take pictures. Guess who was there?!
Suzy and Perla! If you’re a Cinderella fan, you know who they are! :)
They showered me with lots of hugs and kisses! I felt so special. They truly knew how to make my heart smile!
Then this happened! I met Cinderella’s Step-Sisters. They were hilarious! Oh, we were just talking about “big hair”!
Someone couldn’t wait to meet them and have their picture taken.
One more stop before heading to the IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth show!
This IllumiNATIONS show was one of the absolute best shows I’ve ever seen! Incredible experience!!!
Disney After Dark!
After the IllumiNations we headed down to our poolside bar to have a nightcap! This Piña Colava was heavenly! Yes, Colava–one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! Bacardi Black Razz Rum blended with Piña Colada mix and raspberry purée. You can find the top 10 drinks to have at Disney World here (Disclaimer: only if you’re over the age of 21 of course).
Princess Prepping!
It’s time for this Princess to get her beauty rest and get ready for the big day! A 1:30 a.m. wake up call awaits! Night Night!
