We FINALLY tried the viral Anna Paul Turkish Pasta! It is absolutely exquisite and flavorful! The ingredients I used are below. This recipe excluding meat sauce and pasta is approximately 2 servings. You can find the how-to videos on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube!

Ingredients I used:

Meat (Sauce:)
Olive oil (3 Tbsps)
Yellow Onion, diced
4 Garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 pound lean beef (or lamb)
Tomato paste (3 Tbsps)

Seasoning/Spices:
(2 tsps of each)
Paprika
Curry powder
Cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

Pasta:
Farfalle/Bow Tie Pasta

Garlic Yogurt Topping:
Greek yogurt, 1 cup
Garlic cloves, diced or minced
Kosher salt (1 pinch)
Juice of half a lemon

Paprika Butter Drizzle/Topping

4 Tbsps Unsalted Butter
Paprika, 1 Tbsp
Pinch of salt

Garnish/ToppIngs: Feta cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh chopped parsley
