I’m sharing a some local love with you guys today! I attended Spiffy Eats & Giggle Water’s Food Photography Workshop back in the summer, and I had the pleasure of photographing baked goods from a local bakery, Beehive Baking Company. They provided the most beautiful pound cake for us to style made with fresh blackberries, lavender, and an icing that will melt in your mouth!
After the #SpiffyWorkshop, I stalked I searched for Beehive Baking Company, and I found them at the West Homewood Farmer’s Market! I couldn’t believe I missed out on this market, because it just so happened to be the last day of the season. Bummer. I was able to get a variety of treats to sample.
You guyyyyys! Their baked goods are amazing, and I love that they are locally owned!
They have gluten free + dairy free options!

Since it’s November, they even have a “Thanksgiving Dinner” scone sampler! It comes with a variety of 4 fresh baked fall flavors including Maple Sweet Potato, Cranberry Orange, Garlic Cheddar Cracked Pepper & Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie. They are available to deliver straight to your door 7 days a week!
Locals support locals! This Watermelon Lemonade was delicious. It’s made with melons from Burnette Farm in Thorsby Alabama!
